“It’s telling me that Stern Pinball can’t ship to my address? I’ve ordered from your website before. What’s wrong?” - Customers will encounter this error when they are trying to purchase an item that is exclusive to Stern Insider All-Access members only. Try logging into your All-Access account during the “Information” portion of the checkout process. If you’re still experiencing issues, confirm that you are, in fact, an All-Access member by contacting our support department (Insider@SternPinball.com)

“Can I sign up for All-Access and buy an exclusive item in the same purchase?” - No. You must sign up for All-Access prior to making your exclusive item purchase. Your All-Access membership requires you to setup a unique login via email that can only be done when your transaction is complete. Once you’ve successfully created your account name and password, then you can start making exclusive purchases from the Stern Shop. 

“I’m logged in to my All-Access account but it’s still telling me that it can’t be shipped to my address” - Make sure that you’re logging into your All-Access account during the checkout process. Being logged in from the website doesn’t transfer over to being logged in on the Stern Shop.
